Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 6,00,000 fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis was postponed as In-principle approval from stock exchange is awaited.
