DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 8400 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 8,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on January 14, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 285,052,503 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.123.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 119.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 573528 in over 6345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126 and intraday low of 119.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 70589204.
