Tech Mahindra Ltd approves allotment of 21700 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd have passed resolution on January 11, 2017 for issue and allotment of a total of 21700 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

12700 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 7800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

1200 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.488.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 481.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 187112 in over 4124 trades.
