Gammon India AGM approves 30% dividend

Gammon India Ltd has announced that the members at the 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend at 30% on equity shares for the period ended March 31, 2006.
