Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd approves allotment of 6105 Equity Shares on exercise of ESOP

The Nomination, Governance & Compensation committee of the Board of Directors of Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has allotted 6,105 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on January 05, 2017, to Employees on exercise of their Stock Options.

4,290 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each were allotted pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and 1,815 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each underlying 1,815 ADRs pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007.
