Jubilant FoodWorks announces increase in Paid up Share Capital

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has, in its meeting held on December 20, 2016, allotted 1,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.

The meeting commenced at 09:30 am and concluded at 11:15 am.

Shares of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.828.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 838.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34840 in over 1586 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 851 and intraday low of 826.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28986984.
