United Phosphorus signs agreement with Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd

United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL) has announced that the Company has signed Agreement for production of certain Agrochemicals product developed by Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha Ltd (ISK). ISK, the Company and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Mitsui) have a plan to establish a joint venture company for the development, registration and distribution of ISK products in India and certain other countries.
