Godawari Power AGM approves Re.1 dividend

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that the members at the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors @ Re. 1/- per share was declared by the shareholders.
