Yes Bank Ltd has necessary approvals from the Board of Directors and Shareholders to borrow / raise funds in Indian / foreign currency by issue of debt securities including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, MTN (Medium Term Notes), bonds (including bonds forming part of Tier I / Tier II capital in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Basel III Capital Regulations prescribed by RBI, long-term infrastructure bonds or such other securities as may be permitted by RBI from time to time) upto Rs. 10,000 Crores (Rupees Ten Thousand Crores Only) by the Bank, in one or more tranches on private placement basis from time to time.
Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 50(2), Regulation 50(3) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Capital Raising Committee (CRC) of the Board would consider the proposal to raise funds by issuing debt securities on private placement basis, including the terms of the issue.
