Uflex allots 177760 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US$ 700,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular, the Company has allotted 177,760 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock was trading at Rs.162.80, down by Rs.4.30 or 2.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170 and low of Rs.161.05.

The total traded quantity was 574 compared to 2 week average of 6247.
