Tech Mahindra Ltd approves allotment of 43872 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has passed resolution on December 05, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 43872 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

6300 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 16672 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

2568 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 9000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014.

9332 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.462 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 472.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 172457 in over 3560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 476 and intraday low of 459.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 80087116.
