Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 96375 Shares pursuant to exercise of options

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 96,375 (Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on November 24, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,22,64,90,430/- consisting of 42,26,49,043 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,22,74,54,180/-consisting of 42,27,45,418 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1118.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1125.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 172842 in over 5382 trades.
