IDFC Bank Ltd grants 50000 Stock Options under IDFC Bank - ESOS 2015

Pursuant to IDFC Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 ("IDFC Bank - ESOS 2015"), IDFC Bank Ltd has granted to its employees 50,000 options equivalent to 50,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 72.80 per equity share on November 05, 2016. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
