              The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board and Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd in their meeting held on November 09, 2016 has approved a grant of 87,900 options to 36 employees of the Company at Rs. 20 (Rupees Twenty) per option under the SATIN ESOP 2009 (ESOP Scheme 2009).
The ESOP Scheme 2009 is in the compliance with SEBI (Share Based Employees Benefits) Regulation, 2014 and the above grant shall be governed by the terms and conditions of ESOP Scheme 2009.
The Vesting period shall be one year from the grant of options. Options vested shall be exercised in three years i.e. first 1/3rd of total options in first year, second 1/3rd of total options in second year and the balance 1/3rd of total in the third year.
All the vested options shall be exercised within a period of two months from the date of vesting of Options.
