IDFC Ltd approves allotment of 3486 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Committee of Directors of IDFC Ltd for allotment of shares met on November 18, 2016 and allotted 3,486 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in terms of the IDFC ESOS - 2016 (ESOS Scheme). Further, the ESOS scheme is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs. 210,380.10.

Post allotment as above, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1,595,941,570 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,959,415,700/-.

Shares of IDFC LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.56.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 55.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 968483 in over 2749 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.1 and intraday low of 54.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54449923.
