The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Maytas Infra Limited which opened for subscription on September 27, 2007 and closed on October 4, 2007 has received tremendous response from investors with a subscription of 67.86 times.
The company came out with an IPO of 88,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs. 320/- to Rs. 370/- through 100% Book Building process.
The issue received total bids of 600520392 equity shares against the offer of 8850000 shares. The issue received bids for 39155436 shares at Cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 527864004 equity shares against the offer of 5310000 shares resulting in a subscription of 99.4094 times.
The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received subscription for 35.8444 times with bids for 31722300 shares against the offer of 885000 shares.
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received bids for 40934088 shares against the offer of 2655000 shares resulting in a subscription of 15.4177 times.
