Granules India Ltd approves allotment of 140000 Equity Shares

The Share Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Granules India Ltd at its meeting dated November 10, 2016 have approved to allot 1,40,000 equity shares in consequent to exercise of options under ESOP 2009.
