RDB Industries AGM approves 5% dividend

RDB Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend @ of 10% on preference shares and @ of 5% on equity shares.
