              The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Supreme Infrastructure India Limited which opened for subscription on September 21, 2007 and closed on September 26, 2007 has received tremendous response from investors with a subscription of 52.75 times.
The company came out with an IPO of 34,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs. 95/- to Rs. 108/- through 100% Book Building process.
The issue received total bids of 183299580 equity shares against the offer of 3475000 shares. The issue received bids for 56277300 shares at Cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 90537600 equity shares against the offer of 1737500 shares resulting in a subscription of 52.1080 times.
The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 65.4279 times with bids for 34104300 shares against the offer of 521250 shares.
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received bids for 58657680 shares against the offer of 1216250 shares resulting in a subscription of 48.2283 times.
