Strides Shasun Ltd approves allotment of 2717 Equity Shares to Employees on exercise of ESOPs

The Board of Directors of Strides Shasun Ltd in their meeting held on October 28, 2016 has allotted 2,717 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2015 Scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 893,659,780/- consisting of 89,365,978 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 893,686,950/- consisting of 89,368,695 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of STRIDES SHASUN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1043 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1046.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17137 in over 889 trades.
