HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 3636600 Equity Shares

HDFC Bank Ltd has on October 28, 2016 allotted 3636600 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5091267434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5098540634 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1260 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1248.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 129086 in over 2061 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1260.85 and intraday low of 1241.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 162032791.
