AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 61700 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 61,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 26, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly from Rs. 478,09,69,076 (239,04,84,538 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,10,92,476 (239,05,46,238 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.486.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 529.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2698822 in over 56317 trades.
