Chambal Fertilisers AGM approves 18% dividend

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Re 0.50 per preference share to the holders of cumulative redeemable preference shares and Rs 1.80 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2006 to the equity shareholders.
