Oberoi Realty Ltd approves allotment of 5645 shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options

The Directors of Oberoi Realty Ltd vide a resolution passed in the Board Meeting held on October 21, 2016, have allotted 5,645 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to certain Option Grantees pursuant to exercise by them of the Options granted to them under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 (ESOP 2009). The Exercise Price for the said Options is Rs. 260 per share.

Post the aforesaid allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 33,93,86,250 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3,39,38,62,500.

Shares of OBEROI REALTY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.326.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 333.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17551 in over 877 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 338.2 and intraday low of 326.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5883279.
