Logix Microsystems approves conversion of warrants

Logix Microsystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2007 has approved conversion of 6,25,000 Warrants in to 6,25,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each. The price at which these Warrants were issued was Rs 250/ per Warrant and these were issued on April 01, 2006.
