Tricom India AGM approves 20% dividend

Tricom India Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 20% on Equity Shares i.e. Rs 2/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Voluntary delisting of Company's equity shares from Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Madras Stock Exchanges.

Increase in Authorised share capital from Rs 11 Crores to Rs 20 Crores and consequent changes in the capital clause in the Articles & Memorandum of Association.
