Mastek Ltd approves allotment of 48399 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

At a meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of Mastek Ltd, held on October 17, 2016. SRC has allotted 48,399 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,32,91,519 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,64,57,595/-.

Shares of MASTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.132.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44129 in over 953 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 135.5 and intraday low of 131.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5858199.
