Manappuram Finance Ltd approves allotment of Secured Redeemable NCDs on Private Placement basis

The Financial Resources and Management committee of Board ot Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd allotted 2500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of Private Placement, having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.250 Crores (Two Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on October 14, 2016.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 565464 in over 3685 trades.
