DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 21500 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 21,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on October 14, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 284,756,028 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
