Kaya Ltd approves allotment of 32028 Equity Shares

32,028 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each have been issued and allotted under the Kaya Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014 ("Scheme") by the authorized Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Kaya Ltd through a Circular Resolution passed on October 10, 2016.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 12993897 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
