Tricom India members approve Bonus Issue

Tricom India Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have issued Bonus Share in the proportion of one Equity Share for every Equity Share held in the Company.
