Manappuram Finance Ltd approves allotment of 1500 Secured Redeemable NCDs on Private Placement basis

The Financial Resources and Management committee of Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd allotted 1500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of Private Placement, having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 150 Crores (One Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on September 27, 2016.
