AXIS Bank Ltd allots 147275 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,47,275 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 26, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,92,22,776 (238,96,11,388 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,95,17,326 (238,97,58,663 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
