IIFL Holdings Limited allots 240500 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOPs

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Ltd by way of circular resolution(s) allotted 2,40,500 equity shares to the employees of the Company/ Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from equity shares 31,68,55,353 to 31,70,95,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
