Capital First Ltd allots 86750 Shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on September 21, 2016, has allotted 86,750 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,22,51,544 (Nos.) to 9,23,38,294 (Nos.)equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Further, 21,500 Stock Options granted under the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes stands cancelled and the said stock options shall be available for grant/re-issue under the said Schemes.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.671.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 678.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13093 in over 572 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 683.95 and intraday low of 666.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8814945.
