Manpasand Beverages Ltd allots 40000 Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Plan

On September 21, 2016 Manpasand Beverages Ltd has issued and allotted 40,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon exercise of 40,000 options by optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Plan (ESOP - 2014).

Consequently, with effect from September 21, 2016, the issued and subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 50,09,40,000/- divided into 5,00,94,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
