Atishay Ltd allots 2196266 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Atishay Ltd at its meeting held on September 20, 2016, has approved the allotment of bonus shares to the shareholders, whose names are appearing in the Register of Member as on record date i.e. September 15, 2016. The Total number of bonus shares allotted are 21,96,266 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
