AXIS Bank Ltd allots 173075 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,73,075 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 19, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,88,76,626 (238,94,38,313 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,92,22,776 (238,96,11,388 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
