Indiabulls Ventures Ltd allots 196110 Equity Shares

On September 16, 2016, Indiabulls Ventures Ltd has issued and allotted 1,96,110 (One Lac Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Ten) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,61,31,304/- divided into 29,30,65,652 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
