HDFC allots 642150 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on September 14, 2016 allotted 6,42,150 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,71,47,310 consisting of 158,35,73,655 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
