The Bonus Committee of Wim Plast Ltd has, on September 14, 2016, allotted 6001680 Fully Paid up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each as Bonus to the Shareholders whose name appears on the record date as on September 09, 2016.

The Bonus Shares will rank pari pasu in all respect with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
