Indusind Bank Ltd allots 81775 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 81,775 (Eighty One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on September 07, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
