Mastek Ltd allots 73147 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

A meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Mastek Ltd, held on September 01, 2016 has allotted 73,147 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,32,43,120 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,62,15,600.

Shares of MASTEK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.129.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9484 in over 284 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 131 and intraday low of 128.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1230676.
