DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 27500 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 27,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on August 30, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 284,734,528 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.116.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 119.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 116190 in over 1446 trades.
