HDFC allots 459525 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on August 25, 2016 allotted 4,59,525 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,58,63,010 consisting of 158,29,31,505 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
