IIFL Holdings Ltd clarifies on NCD issue

The Exchange had sought clarification from IIFL Holdings Ltd with respect to news article appearing on moneycontrol on August 23, 2016 titled "IIFL board to consider issue of Rs 390 crore market-linked NCDs on August 25".

IIFL Holdings Ltd replied stating "The captioned news is related with issuance of NCD on a private placement basis by India Infoline Housing Finance Limited, a subsidiary of the Company."

Shares of INDIA INFOLINE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.277.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 279.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24820 in over 988 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 282.85 and intraday low of 270.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6875949.
