Delta Corp Ltd allots 280000 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Delta Corp Ltd at its meeting held on August 16, 2016, has made allotment of 2,80,000 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under "Delta Corp ESOP - 2009" Scheme.

The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 23,06,64,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 23,09,44,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

Shares of DELTA CORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.126.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 127.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1127956 in over 10383 trades.
