BS Ltd allots 569920 Equity Shares

BS Ltd has allotted, on July 27, 2016, 569,920 Equity Shares (including 284,960 Bonus Equity Shares) of Re.1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 28,496 Options @ Rs. 109.95 per Share of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 ("ESOP 2011") of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

The Company, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders dated January 10, 2014, has sub divided the Face Value of the Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each into Re. 1/- each with effect from January 22, 2014. Accordingly, the Option holders, upon exercise of each Option of Rs. 10/-, are issued and allotted 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company.

Shares of BS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.66. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2145081 in over 2777 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.4 and intraday low of 10.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22339321.
