Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd to raise up to Rs. 5000 crores

The Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd at its meeting held on July 21, 2016, has approved the item of business for seeking consent of the shareholders by postal ballot for issuance of unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures / bonds up to Rs. 5000 crore.
