ICICI Prudential Equity & Derivatives Fund declares 6% Dividend

The ICICI Prudential Equity & Derivatives Fund - Wealth Optimiser Plan has declared a dividend of Rs.0.60 (6%) on face value of Rs.10 each. The Record Date for the eligibility of dividend has been fixed as 18-September-2007.

The NAV as on 12-September-2007 is Rs.11.28.

Pursuant to the payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme would fall to the extent of dividend payout and statutory levy if any.
